Drop-off/Pick-up Information
The building is open for drop-off at 7:20 a.m. and all students must be picked up by 3:05 p.m. unless participating in an extracurricular activity.
No check-outs after 2:20 pm-In order to have a safe and orderly dismissal, there will not be any early check outs after 2:20 p.m. If you arrive after 2:20 p.m. you will need to proceed to the car rider line, call the school, and we will let your student know of the transportation change. Early dismissal Students are required to be in their assigned classroom until the conclusion of the school day at 2:47 p.m. If a student is dismissed from school early, a doctor’s note or parent note is required to excuse the dismissal. You can email a doctor or parent note to Elizabeth Dawson for early dismissal. The student will be called from class when the parent or guardian arrives at school and signs them out in the front office. Please have your ID at the door when checking out for school safety.
Visitors
Friendly reminder: ALL staff and visitors must have ID. Nobody will be permitted into the building without proper identification. Visit this WCS page for more information about safety and security in Williamson County Schools.
